Thanks for considering! This is sending money, with no product or gift card being given in return, for the purpose of helping with the Debt Reduction Strategy we are pushing this month!
Our business is struggling. We have loads of debt that we've taken on over the past several years to help us survive these neverending unprecedented times (and we want to thank every one of you that contributed toward helping us alleviate some of a very specific part of that debt this past winter), and we are looking at the end of our current lease at the end of the year. That's got us thinking about how to go on, what the businesses look like past 2025, and how we can keep offering these amazing craft supplies, classes, and community opportunities in a more sustainable way. It's an ongoing conversation, trying different potential realities on for size, and we are nowhere near having a solution, but we're working on one.
We make every effort to ship as soon as possible after you place your order. We generally use USPS for shipping, and share tracking information.
In-store pickup is available, also. We send notices when your order is ready for in-store pickup.
If you order dyed-to-order yarn with any other products, order will ship/be ready to pick up when yarn is ready. We do not ship partial orders.
