Harvest Fest (10/19) FAQs

You've got questions, we've got answers!

We've had a few queries about our upcoming Harvest Fest (10/19, save the date, friends), so we thought we'd answer them here:

Do you need to be present all day?

No, Harvest Fest is an open studio-type of event: come by whenever, leave whenever. Of course, you're welcome to stay all day.

Are games free?

Yes! We are still zeroing in on what games will be available, but there will be no cost to you to play!

Do Tarot Card readings cost money?

No! You are welcome to tip our intrepid Tarot Card reader, and you might have to sign up and wait for a bit if the line is long, but Tarot Card readings are free.

Will you have any specials that day?

YES! We will have our very popular Yarns by the Ounce out, which includes cone ends, mis-dyes, and color development skeins, among other treasures (Yarns by the Ounce are sold at close to wholesale pricing, and there are not guarantees on full skeins. There might be inconsistencies in both dyeing and the yarn itself, FYI). We will also have a Build-Your-Own-4-Skeins-for-$100 section. As always with these kinds of specials, come early for best selection.

What is this Show and Tell y'all are hosting?

Ooh, we are super excited about this one! We would love to see what you've made with craft materials and supplies you've purchased here, so please, fill in the linked form below and share your work with us! If you are not local, you can ship to us, and we'll pay to ship your projects back to you!

Will there be food?

We might have some snacks, but no meals. Gresham Food Carts is across the street, and Rockwood Market Hall is a short drive or a longer walk away.

What else?!?!

We've gotten so many fantastic new products into the shop in preparation for Harvest Fest, with more on the way. New yarns (Berroco Vintage in 3 weights; Malabrigo on its way to us in Sock, Rios, and Chunky; loads of Dropcloth embroidery samplers and Junebug & Darlin' cross stitch kits; an entire new department of fantastic notions across aaaallll the crafts; stickers galore; and so much more!
