Weekending with Craft Emporium: the first 3 weeks

Want to make some fun, small projects this summer? So do we! We’re starting a fun new thing: Weekending with Craft Emporium!

Every Monday, on our Instagram, we’ll share a project we’ll be spending time with on the upcoming weekend, so you can order supplies and make with us!

For our first Weekending project, we made a fabulous bag! We used the free pattern from Ruby Star Society on the Moda Fabrics website (called Our Favorite Tote), and it takes very little time to put together. Even though we are in week 4, it's not too late to make one of these cutie pie tote bags - snag a yard of one of our wonderful canvases, and you’ll have a fantastic tote in no time! 

Our second week brought some circular weaving with our Round Loom Weaving kits. 

Our third week was all about embroidery, featuring our Dropcloth samplers, most particularly the Strawberry Needle Book & Pincushions. Useful art is the best art!
